Made-to-Order Notice
Because each item is made just for you, we do not accept returns for size or preference issues.

We will fix problems if:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Printing is defective
  • Wrong item was sent

What to do:
Email us at contact@neurodivclub.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos

We’ll send a replacement or refund—your choice.

Cancellation Policy

Since each item is made for you and we aim for fastest delivery possible, once an order is submitted the production process is set in place immediately.  Therefore, orders are not able to be cancelled.
